Strong - Even though our organization is an educational non-profit we tend to think that it is a business in one sense. That is the employees are the number one asset. In our case our volunteers, staff, and directors are our number one asset. And that is why we seek to always maintain a strong and able foundation of volunteers, staff and directors.
